About this property
Vacation home for 3 guests with 60m² in Stahlbrode (120493)
Thatched cottage for 2 persons right on the Greifswalder Bodden on the Baltic Sea in a quiet location with large sun terrace and upscale amenities.
The house has been completely modernized, newly furnished and is located on a partially fenced and partly overgrown with hedges land with a spacious terrace and a parking lot in front of the house. The house has 2 floors with a floor space of approximately 60sqm. The ground floor is the living room with satellite TV, a cozy sitting area with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway with stairs to the upper floor and a new bathroom with shower / WC and underfloor heating. Upstairs is a connecting room with a bed and a bedroom with a double bed for 2 persons and satellite TV. All living rooms are equipped with parquet, laminate, thermal windows, mosquito nets and central heating, and the bedrooms are additionally equipped with blackout pleats. In addition, the house has free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, there are two bicycles, a barbecue and patio furniture in the shed ready for you.
Arrival is possible by telephone reservation from 15 clock. The departure has to be done by 10 o'clock at the latest.
