The space
Charming and quaint beach cottage with a modern design. Ocean view kitchen and living room with the back rooms away from the street and over look the big backyard. The side yard has a built in couch, fire pit, dining table and chef style BBQ., along with outdoor shower. The backyard has a huge putting green, Jacuzzi and lounge area. The beach is across the street with public access. If you love super cozy beds, a full coffee bar, golf, surf and the beach, this is your spot.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this house. Right across the street from a trail that leads down to the ocean and a nice little trail on the bluff. Loved the backyard with the fire pit. Home is not fancy, but very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family beach vacation property

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. A year later it still is as amazing as it was😎 close to beach and has everything you need for your vacation. The putting green in the back yard provides hours of fun!

Wonderful location, exceptionally warm, responsive owner. Right across the Street from the beach with the Carlsbad Village nearby. Great spot for watching sunsets, surfers who come and go, from the wee hours to dark. The Vintage 1950 home is updated and clean. The beds are super comfortably allowing us to sleep sounding.
