Wake up each morning with a spectacular sunrise view right from bed in the second-floor primary bedroom, then head downstairs to the sleek, well-equipped kitchen to make some breakfast. Step out to your balcony with a cup of coffee and relax for awhile before you start your day. Dine together at the kitchen table, then head out to explore. With direct beach access, spend the day soaking up some rays or playing in the surf. On-site amenities include an indoor pool, fitness room and sauna.

When you return, relax in the beachy blue living room while you stream the latest release. Enjoy the sunset from your second, bay-front balcony, then step out for dinner at one of many local restaurants within walking distance, and then play a board game for more together time. With more modern perks like a private washer/dryer, free high-speed WiFi, cable, and central AC, the only question left is how many extra days to book.

Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
