Have a Romantic Stay or have fun with family and friends! It’s spacious, peaceful, unique and safe! Minutes away from beaches, restaurants, stores and spectacular views and so much more! Puerto Rico is an island with so much to explore! Why we call it “The Palace of Stars” Well, At night on the big pool deck we are prepared with our beverages and snacks with family and friends with beach towels and lay it down as we look up at the stars in the Palace!!!

Do not stay here! Not only is the host unable to be reached, the property is very hard to find. Trash was left out on the kitchen counters. Doors wouldn’t lock properly. AC in bedroom did not work. Strangers would come up to the property asking for money. Strange cars were driving around the house. We did not feel safe here. We stayed about an hour and left. No running water No Wi-Fi all as listed in the description. Currently attempting to get a refund for this terrible experience

No tienen ninguna comunicación.. No importa si pagas el costo total, nadie responde los mensajes... Cuando llego con mi familia al lugar, no tenía servicio de agua porque nadie sabía que se rento la casa por día noches... Cómo el dueño no contesta los mensajes yo tuve que empezar a buscar la llave de la tubería para tener acceso al agua potable, para encontrar una tubería principal rota!!! Mi suegro tuvo que viajar a la ferretería para comprar materiales para tubería y ponernos a hacer trabajo de plomería porque el dueño de la casa nunca responde. Yo tenía dos opciones, abandonar mis vacaciones por la irresponsabilidad del cuido que tenía la casa rentada o pegar tubos de plomería. Gracias a Dios yo tengo conocimiento para estás cosas y pude arreglar temporalmente el problema del agua. Luego mi esposa no tenía otra opción y empezó a limpiar la casa completa. Desde pisos, cocina, baño y lavar sábanas y toallas.... En otras palabras, lo mismo que no queríamos hacer en nuestras vidas diarias, lo tuvimos que hacer en nuestras vacaciones... Cuándo el tubo de agua potable estabas roto, la dirección en dónde cayó agua fue encima de una caja eléctrica! Dónde se encuentra la cablería de los aires acondicionados... Es aquí donde se tumbóy quemó la mayoría de la electricidad de los aires acondicionados... Mi cuñada tuvo que molestar a un vecino para saber si conocía al dueño de la casa rentada y nos diera una forma de comunicación porque ya estaba demaciado. No volveré...

STAY AWAY

I visited Puerto Rico for 8 Days the first 4 days we stood at palm de mar a beautiful villa, which was a great stay! The other 4 days we decided to rent this house because it had a private pool and we were traveling with our teenage kids. Worst thing I did knowing this house had no reviews. I checked in Friday around 6:30 in the evening after a long day at the vieques. When we walked in the house it had a bad smell to it and the house was not probably cleaned nor were the beds was probably made and there was left over food in the refrigerator.There was hair on floor thru out the house. When I went out back to the pool area there was yellow mustard algae inside the pool. I called the owner who said the house was cleaned by her aunt and she assumed that someone may have been in the house with out her knowing. She had the video footage looked at by “police department” because she said she knew people there. When I spoke to her less than an hour later I was told no one was in house and her aunt did clean it up even though I sent her video and pic of what the place looked liked. The only thing I was told was I can refund your money, it was late in the evening and I had my kids with me there was no way I would find a place at the last min so I refused the refund hoping she would send someone out to clean right away but that was not the case. The whole situation was so weird because I have rented house for the past 6 years and never dealt with something like this. She sent her aunt over that evening to look around but nothing was resolved. I was told someone would come over to clean pool the next day which they never did. I messaged her several times after that and owner never responded. The day that we were leaving someone came over that morning to clean pool. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review. I will never rent a house with no reviews. The owner was Very unprofessional. Terrible experience!!
