About this property

Our townhome is a great place to kick back and relax in our quaint mountain town. Extremely roomy and minutes away for all your wants and needs.
This place is year-round fun. Awaiting you and your family at our amazing comfy condo in Avon. 3-bedrooms, 3-bath vacation rental is ideally located within walking distance of Nottingham Reservoir with paddle board rental, beach sand and grass. Seconds from the Avon Recreation Center. Minutes to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, skiing, hiking, biking and snowshoes.

If you’re visiting in the winter, take advantage of the free ski shuttle to Beaver Creek. Snowshoe, hiking, ice skating and Nordic skiing. 7 minute ride to Vail. For the warmer months, enjoy white water rafting, swimming, paddle boarding, picinic, hiking, and biking nearby. 10 minutes ride to Edwards.

We are both avid adventures and can give suggestions on the area’s best climbs, skis, biking and hikes with picturesque views.

Great spot in downtown Avon

We came to Avon for the weekend to participate in a triathlon event. This was the perfect location, being so close and accessible to Nottingham Park and the rest of town. We did not spend a ton of time in the property, but it provided all that we needed. It’s an older home, so while it says spacious in the description, it does feel a little tight with 9 people (4 adults, 5 kids) But it was clean, the check-in/out process was smooth, and the host was quick to respond. We’d probably stay here again, given its convenient spot!

Location and space

The location was good and in walking distance to lots of things and easy parking. The space overall was good with lots of space for our family and some friends. The air was blasting when we got there, and it was very cold and took a while to warm up. I did let the owners know so they could fix that in the future, and they were responsive. There's some wear and tear (ie stains and windows should be replaced as you can hear the traffic nearby, and they don't seem to be in great shape), but this is expected from places that gets lot of use during ski season. But it worked well for what we needed.
