On the sunlit west bank of Lake Como, directly on the "Greenway del Lago" is the "Acqua Dolce" called apartment. It is located at 250 meters above sea level, yet only a short distance from the lakeshore, and offers spectacular views of the lake and mountains from its spacious balcony terrace and lake-side windows. The "Greenway del Lago di Como" is a stretch of about 10 km, which extends from Colonno to Griante at Menaggio along green areas, ancient villas and gardens, always with the lake as a backdrop. Sights include u. a. Comacina Island, Villa Balbianello and the small church of Ossuccio. An ideal terrain for a walk or a bike ride.

The apartment, numbered 13, is located on the top floor of a newly built residential building and is fully furnished. It has a bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and lake view and another bedroom with bunk beds and a small wardrobe.

The apartment also has a living and dining area with open kitchen and a balcony terrace with a wonderful lake view. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

Furthermore, the apartment has a private garage, from which the house is very easy to reach. A few steps lead to the garden with swimming pool, which is shared with some other apartments; and a little further down the stairs you get directly to the main street Via Regina, very close to the bus stop for Como and Tremezzo.

The center of Sala Comacina with various bars, restaurants and shops is within walking distance.
