Perfect location in Venice. Quiet but a short walk from the main attractions. The apartment is certainly clean and has plenty of room. It is a loft apartment with high ceilings but low beams so if you’re over 175cm you may need to duck for the bedroom door. My husband is 180 and it was fine as he was cautious. He loved this l place! The stairs are very challenging even for Venice, so if you have large luggage or are not able to carry your own then you should definitely use a porter service, which is readily available- just ask your marvellous host. We absolutely loved this apartment and we are looking forward to staying again. It may not suit everyone but those that can make the stairs will be rewarded with a beautiful and authentic Venetian experience!

Gabriella is a very kind generous and thoughtful host. She included so many touches that made our stay so special. Such a great location and the coffee on the doorstep was fantastic. The vaporetto is so handy which makes getting around a breeze. The apartment is so beautiful and the roof terrace is the perfect place for afternoon relaxing. A truly special find.

This place does not disappoint, the pictures on the app are accurate, but do not give it full justice. Which is lovely, because it is even more awesome when you open up the door and enter. The provisions are amazing, from the pantry/kitchen to the bathrooms. It’s like a Arthouse theatre and museum all in one. Thank you for opening up your home to allow us to experience your love for art, history and culture. We were totally blown away. Best experience, such in keeping with Venice as a whole.

We were met and guided to the apartment. A delightful home away from home. Clean, comfortable. Clear instructions to support ease of use of all homely facilities. Good info folder from the owner gave us great local knowledge of the best of everything. Well located away from the too busy center of St Marco Square but easy to get to it. 40 steps up to apartment but handrail and wide staircase made the climb easier. I would return next time.
