PLEASE NOTE: The property is located on a very quiet residential street, the neighbours are very sensitive to noise and police may be called for any noise after 10pm.

Downstairs you will find a fully stocked open plan kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. The dining table can seat 8 people with the addition of the bench seat.

Relax in the lounge area with smart TV and unlimited WIFI. Outside there is an outdoor dining area and courtyard.

Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms. Two with queen beds, ceiling fans and wardrobes. The third room has two low line bunk beds (Top bunk weight limit is 60kg). All bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.

There is a family bathroom with shower, bath and seperate toilet.

There is a double garage for parking with a laundry with washer with combination dryer and another toilet room.

You will be provided with all linen including beach towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The kitchen is fully stocked with kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Cooking basic such as oil, salt, pepper and simple cleaning products are provided.

If you are travelling with small children please be aware the staircase is open on one side and may be dangerous for some children.
