Two bathrooms and cooling throughout add to your convenience.
This quintessential terrace 'wows' as soon as you arrive, with a striking red door inviting you to step inside. The living area highlights a vibrant colour scheme and quirky feature wall, paying homage to the lively atmosphere of Times Square. Kick back on the plush sofa and catch up on your favourite Netflix shows on the wall-hung TV.

The kitchen houses everything you would need to create a tasty home-cooked meal if you can't be bothered dining out at the many eateries on your doorstep. The closest Coles and Woolies are both within walking distance, making it easy to stock up on groceries. Prepare food on the industrial-style kitchen island and enjoy the continence of a dishwasher for easy clean up. Dine inside at the retro-style glass table or head out to the enclosed private patio, where you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy a cold beverage surrounded by luscious greenery.

Up the electric green stairs, you’ll find two plush bedrooms—turn the AC on and chill out in the primary bedroom that boasts vogueish decor and plenty of natural light. Freshen up in the lime-hued ensuite, rinsing off in the shower. Set up your laptop and work from the dedicated workspace within the air-conditioned second bedroom, where a comfy queen bed is topped in hotel-quality linens. A second bathroom downstairs is lined with ruby red tiles and houses a luxe free-standing bath to savour a relaxing soak after a long day.

A washing machine and dryer can be found in the kitchen, while a dedicated parking spot adds to your everyday convenience. As this is an older terrace, please note that the internal stairs are quite steep, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues or for young children.

Cook's Hill is an inner suburb of Newcastle that has beautiful tree-lined streets and is home to Darby Street where a plethora of fantastic eateries await. Pop into Welsh Black's just next door for an early morning coffee, and then nip over to Darby Street and check out Wings and Tins for some sensational hot wings. If you’re staying with kids - be sure to take them to the nearby Centennial Park where they can kick a ball around and have some fun on the playground.
