Dirty bedding. Stained comforter that also had cigarette burns in it. Didn't even have a drain stopper in the tub. Front door knob didn't latch, and there was a 1/4" gap between the door and its frame (all the way around the door). Felt unsecure and unclean all-around. Tried to reach out to the owner to cancel our stay, and we never heard anything back. We didn't even stay there. Got a room down the road at the Bahia Mar. Much, much nicer and not any pricier.

Good location for the Fort Lauderdale marathon. Room was well furnished. Building a little old and deteriorating. Door felt insecure. Host was very helpful.
