Welcome to this 2 bedroom, 1 bath charming unit! Located close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and the beach. All your day's requirements can be easily met, while still being minutes from great fun: stunning beaches!

The kitchen is open to the living room and comes with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, breakfast bar with stools, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The inviting living room has comfy furnishing so you can snuggle up and relax after a long day.

This unit has one spacious king-size bed and one soft queen-size bed as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. It comes with Roku TV in each bedroom as well as ATT Fiber high speed WiFi throughout the apartment. The bedrooms have built in closets and 43 inch TV's with a 65 inch TV in the living room.

Great location

Great location!!! Close to the beach there's a plethora of shops, its not far from the highway & its even close to public transportation if you don't have a car. Peaceful neighborhood, felt safe. The house is very clean looks exactly like pictures. The host is attentive if anything is needed, responds promptly. I would definitely stay at this property again.
