Tolle Lage, sauber gute Einrichtung
Die Wohnung liegt eine Parallelstraße vom Schwimmbad und Spielplatz entfernt. Zweckmäßige, gute Einrichtung. Gutes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis. Keine Spühlmaschine.
Kleine Terasse für die eigene Wohnung und was man auf den Fotos gar nicht sieht, es gibt noch ein Spielgerät im Vorgarten fürr alle Hausbewohner.

Nicht geputzt, Boden dreckig überall Spinnweben Dusche dreckig Abluft im Bad defekt , eine Nachttischlampe defekt, Bettdecken u Kissen total dreckig , Umlage ungepflegt , Grill ohne Grillrost , kein Staubsauger Besen oder Kehrblech in der Wohnung

Die Abluftanlage im Bad wurde repariert, ein Grillrost ist vorhanden.
Staubsauger, Besen und Kehrblech befinden sich in der Abstellkammer.

Ausstattung
Die Ausstattung war nicht zufriedenstellend, Keine Absaugung in der Küche, Absaugung im Bad defekt, Kinderschlafzimmer lagen 2 Schubladen blenden daneben das spiegelte nicht den Preis den wir bezahlt haben wieder.

Vieles defekt
Der Garten war sehr ungepflegt und vieles kaputt. Die Küche sehr alt es gab keine Suppenkelle. Die Weingläser verkalkt und die Töpfe teilweise verschimmelt. Das kennen wir anders.

Tolle Lage, Ausstattung eher mager
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super, keine 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Kurpark und dem Spielplatz entfernt, dennoch sehr ruhig. Im Garten gibt es ein paar Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, das ist sehr schön. Bei der Renovierung der Wohnung wurde jedoch so sehr gefuscht, dass es selbst unseren 4 jährigen Kindern auffiel. Die Küchenausstattung lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, es gibt nicht mal einen Kochlöffel. Staubsauger auch nicht - daher Aufenthalt von mehr als 1 Woche nicht zu empfehlen

War soweit okay.
Die Wohnung war gerade frisch renoviert. Sie wirkte noch kühl. Man fühlte sich nicht direkt zu hause. Wenn die Wohnung ordentlich gemacht würde, wie z. B. Gardinen an den Fenstern, Kissen auf dem Sofa. Wenn man irgendwo reinkommt, muss man sich auf Anhieb zu Hause fühlen. Wir waren jetzt nicht lange da, aber im Sommer sind wir immer ca. 2 Wochen da, da möchte ich mich schon richtig wohl fühlen.
