Villa Yvonne

The villa is located in the heart of Kefalas village, regarded as one of the most beautiful and picturesque in the Apokoronas region of Chania. The villa is surrounded by a large private and stone walled courtyard with plenty of fruit trees, olive trees and and local botanical plants, it is reached by a private lane with both indoor and outdoor parking spaces. It contains three bedrooms, the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, a washing machine and sunbeds. The lounge has a large L sofa, two more individual ones, a spacious dinning table and a wooden staircase leads to the first floor with the two bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are decorated with handpainted artifacts and heading to the balconies offering astonishing mountain and sea views where you can enjoy your breakfast and sunbathing. The villa is close to nearby traditional coffee houses, taverns, churches and a mini market full with local products. It is only a few minutes drive from beautiful local beaches at Obrosgialos, Almyrida, Kalyves Koutalas, Georgiopouli and the lake of Kournas. The nearby National Road provides easy access to the international airport and the ferry port of Chania as well as other cities like Rethymnon and Heraklion.
