  • Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.

  • Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.

Biking in Bentonville

We planned a mountain bike trip to Bentonville for 4 adults and one dog. This house was perfect, recently remodeled with clean bathrooms and modern kitchen. The fence yard was perfect for the puppy to play without concerns. The garage was equipped for bike storage and the grill was awesome to cook burgers after a fun day on the trails.

I’m a local who had a girls weekend with out of town family, and this location is great for whatever your plans are - close to two different exits while being in a residential area, walking distance from the Walmart Home Office, close to a family friendly park with dog park, a neighborhood market, crystal bridges and downtown Bentonville and close to the razorback greenway. You didn’t hear the interstate traffic at all, and the beds were super comfortable. House was well laid out, AC easy to program, and living room was very comfy. Would be happy to recommend to friends-family!

We have stayed at plenty of short-term rentals, for work and pleasure, and wanted to create a beautiful, comfortable, convenient home where you could sleep well, hang out, and get work done if needed. We have a toddler, so are particularly attentive to the needs of parents. I get an irrational sense of joy when guests tell me they love our house and had an awesome stay. Happy guests truly make my day.

Why they chose this property

The location is so convenient to access all of the best of NWA. Close to downtown. Jump right on I-49 to get to Bella Vista or Fayetteville.

We pamper our guests with luxurious natural materials like soft genuine leather sofa and chairs, solid wood tables, 100% linen, 100% cotton, 100% wool, to give you a respite from an increasingly polyester and plastic filled world.

What makes this property unique

We care about your health: our mattresses are CertiPUR-US Certified (no VOCs, mercury, and phthalates) and were purchased new in June 2022 and January 2023. We protect them with waterproof mattress covers to prevent mold growth. Our area rugs are all low VOCs and dyed with non-toxic dyes. Most of them are 100% wool.

Accessibility is also something important to me. Our house has no stairs or steps, wide openings, wide hallways, and we've outfitted it with toilet support bars and threshold ramps.

We commissioned original art for the house because it transmits beauty in a way that mass-produced art cannot.
