The Space:
Casa Margarita is fully equipped with all you need for your stay; laundry supplies, cooking supplies, games, pool floats and plenty of space!

First floor bedrooms-
Bedroom #1: Three twin beds with full bathroom across the hall. Equipped with tv, fan, and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom #2: Full Bed with twin trundle and private access to in-room full bathroom. Attached to the bedroom, is a private office space. Sliding doors in office space leads to the tiki hut and salt water pool.
Bed #3: Pull out queen mattress in living room couch.


Second floor bedroom-
Bedroom #4: Spacious bedroom with a king bed; facing the sliding doors leading to a terrace with water views. Equipped with an office desk, fan, TV, and large walk-in closet. Enter the private bathroom through the French doors and enjoy the jacuzzi tub overlooking the canal, double rain shower and his and her sinks. Bathroom also has an essential oil diffuser for relaxation, and a hair dryer.

The space has plenty of room for family and friends to have fun all while creating amazing memories. You will never be bored here, in addition to plenty of outdoor activities, our home is equipped with plenty of card and board games for children as well as adult specific games. Our home also contains a large laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as laundry necessities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. Guests are able to access the front door and it is the only door to be used throughout their stay. The side door must not be used to guests entering and exiting. The front door is private and required a key/code to enter the premise.

The Neighborhood:
Shady Banks is one of the most sought after quiet neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. With only one way in and one way out, there is a serene and suburb feeling about it. It is home to Hoytt Park, where the community hosts events such as movies in the park, children train rides, doggy meetups, and fun pick up games in the tennis/basketball/baseball courts. It is also child friendly as there is a spacious playground on the premise. Walk a bit further to the hidden park and you will find a beautiful trail along the water to view the yachts, and water views. Shady Banks is its own magical oasis.

Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Lauderdale is super easy and convenient. Catch an uber/Lyft to downtown, rent a car, or call a shuttle to pick you up at your convenience. Once downtown or at the beach, golf carts are offered as free rides and can take you where you please within a mile (tip is recommended). Enjoy the home, or enjoy the bikes provided for convenient getting around (please make use of the bike locks provided)! Once downtown on Las Olas, you can also access the beach and other parts of Fort Lauderdale via Water Taxi. The water taxi runs everyday 10 AM - 10 PM and routes are posted online and inside the airbnb for your convenience.
