This home is walking distance to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Fort Lauderdale beaches in the exclusive Los Olas Isles. Why they chose this property
My family moved to Fort Lauderdale 12 years ago from Atlanta and we have rented all around South Florida since 2007. We chose Los Olas because it’s beautiful beaches and high end lifestyle on las olas blvd. You will be walking distance to the beaches and downtown shops, bars and night clubs and only a 12min uber ride from the airport.
What makes this property unique
STEAM ROOM in MASTER bath and remodeled three bathrooms this year. Brand new wine bar area. Use of two Paddle boards are included in rental to explore the canals. POOL IS HEATED!! 5 minute walk to the center of Fort Lauderdale beach and downtown shops/bars/restaurants. Golf cart available for an added fee.
