Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please wash all dishes & place in strainer (found in the island) to dry. Place trash in bins located in front of the garage.
Please turn air conditioner up to 80 degrees in the summer & down to 60 degrees in the winter.
Please clean grill rack including dumping the ashes in the fire pit and scraping food off the grill, if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outdoor quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Pool is shut off/down the the night at 10pm. No pets, events or parties are allowed.
Axe throwing target, batting cage, and trampoline on property are not for guest use due to liability and safety reasons.
Any food consumed outside - in the pool area, fire pit area, dock, yard, etc. must be cleaned up immediately to prevent ants, spiders and other bugs.
