Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please wash all dishes & place in strainer (found in the island) to dry.
Place trash in bins located in front of the garage.
Please turn air conditioner up to 80 degrees in the summer & down to 60 degrees in the winter.
Please clean grill rack including dumping the ashes in the fire pit and scraping food off the grill, if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
