Old in the outside, Cozy and clean on the inside, Very close to University Avenue

I stayed in this property for three days and two nights. It was effortless to communicate with the host. He answered all my questions quickly and even modified my stay because I needed to leave early. He was very fair and professional. It was a straightforward transaction. The place is a bit old on the outside - but the inside is clean and spacious. It's like a big studio or three connecting rooms - the entrance room, the bedroom with two queen-sized beds, the kitchen (and a little room for the bathroom). I only needed a place to sleep at night since I was at a conference all day, so it suited my needs. There was enough parking on the street, and the street seemed safe and lighted. I came home late on both occasions and felt safe walking in the area. This property is a few steps from University Avenue, so it's very convenient. I chose this property because of its location and convenience to my conference location.

honestly the mice running around in the kitchen was enough

The property was poorly taken care of, all around outside, yard, porch, etc. Mice in kitchen, fresh crap from them daily. Toilet almost impossible to sit at, and I am 5'7". dingy, dust all over each fan. used soap in shower, used shampoo stuff. I need soy no more.
