This is a wonderful property and the host was extremely helpful, both before our arrival and during our time there. I stayed there with two colleagues during a conference at the university. The kitchen was perfect to have a lovely hot breakfast each morning and we were in easy walking distance from our work and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the surroundings are very quiet. We had a fabulous time and hope to rent again if work gets us back there.

A nice place to stay while attending a class at the hospital. Just bring a long charger cord for your phone as the outlets in the bedroom are a long way from the bed.

We enjoyed our visit to Gainesville and staying at this cute VRBO. We were missing some necessities, and the admin was very responsive to take care of them. The place was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked. We did read a review before saying to bring an ext. cord for the bedroom bc the outlets weren’t close to the nightstands, and we’re glad we did that. We also appreciated the big TV and the pool being so close to the condo. Our kids enjoyed movie times and the pool. Definitely recommend.

Great location near campus. The inside of the condo is well appointed, modern decor, and comfortable. I love that the host provided keurig coffee and creamer. It had all essentials. We would stay here again! Perfect for a game day weekend!

Turkey Weekend Football Fun!

Wonderful property with a great location for the walking to the football game. Property was clean and linens on the beds were super-soft. A parking tag was missing, but ended up not being an issue. Also, extra set of linens/blanket for futon in living room would be nice for people in the future. Thanks for the yummy box of chocolates, our family enjoyed! :)

Cigarette smell but good customer service

The property appeared clean and nicely appointed. However, it has a very strong stale cigarette odor. The flooring is also broken in several places with pieces of flooring sticking up. We did not stay due to asthma issues but VRBO refunded us readily which we appreciated.

Unfortunately couldn’t stay

We didn’t get to stay here because housekeeping didn’t clean from renter prior to us. Property manager was quick to communicate and tried to resolve but we were on a time crunch and had to find someplace else to stay. Condo is in great location and looked nicely appointed from our quick glance inside.

Why they chose this property

This is an older complex and is quiet while still close to all of Gainesville's big areas! UF campus is only a 5 minute drive and Shands hospital is within walking distance of the home. The complex has a pool that is shared amongst other tenants.

Please remember to place the parking pass in your car as they do enforce towing in the area.

What makes this property unique

There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the home and if you are willing to hop in the car and drive, your options for food, adventure, and entertainment are right at your fingertips!

Parking downtown is limited during special events such as Gator games, and weekends. There are ride sharing taxi options available in the area like Lyft and Uber. Gainesville also offers standing and sitting scooters for rent. Simply find one parked on the sidewalk, download the app, and scoot around town for fast, fun, and easy way to beat the traffic!
