Treehouse/279DVD Hosted by LOVR

Brad, we are so glad you got to stay in our Treehouse condo. Once when i was staying there i watched an eagle eat a squirrel on a limb of the tree 5' off the back deck. It was an experience. Hence, the name. We hope you had a wonderful time and will return. We are hoping to remodel it this winter. Thank you again. My favorite month on the mountain is Oct. Holler anytime and i'll give you super Off Season rates. The water is still warm enough to swim in, the eagles start showing up. Nothing like floating on a raft in calm, glassy water with an eagle screeching above you. It is magical. Come join us. Sami

Mark, thank you for renting both our Treehouse and Cast Away condos. What i love about them both is how easy it is to park your boat in the cove and walk to your condo. Not all our units have this luxury. We just added a few more in the area if you need more than 2 units next time. We are always here for you. Call on us anytime you and your crew need some time at Lake Ouachita. Thanks again, Sami

We are so grateful you enjoyed our Treehouse condo. We hope you will come back in the future. Our favorite month on the mountain is Oct. It is cooler, the rates are low, the population is down, the water is still warm enough to swim in, the air is crisp and the eagles start showing up. It's glorious. I'm so glad we were able to host you and your loved one. Come back anytime. Sami

We loved hosting you and your family, Nicole. We hope you will return in our Off Season sometime. It is so nice here when the weather is cool, the colors are magical and the rates are rock bottom. Bring your ATV and join us for a legal ride in the national forest. Thanks again, Sami

We would love to host y'all again. We offer great Off Season rates. Call or text me anytime and we will get one of our condos ready and staged for your next visit. Thank you again, Sami

We loved hosting this wonderful family. We look forward to having them back. Hopefully they will try our Off Season, not only for the rates but for having the resort to yourself and the weather is glorious. In Oct we watch adult eagles kick juveniles out of the nest. Magic Memories.

Thanks, Nicole. Please come back and see us. Our favorite month is Oct. I know it's when things start getting hectic. Take a break from it all if you can. We are always here. Sami

OMG, Thanks so much for the kind words. I'm so grateful your pooch was able to come with you. If no one is checking out the day you arrive i do everything i can to get you in early. Same with checkout. We are mountain hillbillies and will do anything we can to make you happy. We are NOT a big conglomerate with a global office. It's just me and Joe and my housekeeper. We hope you will return to our little oasis in the national forest. Oct is my favorite month on the mountain. And, again, thanks, Sami

Douglas, we enjoyed hosting you, Martha, Daniel and Matthew. The boyz are learning to slalom on our very clean lake. I cannot wait to host your crew again. We hope you can come back soon. Our favorite month on the mountain is Oct. Still warm enough to swim, crisp air, low population and the rates are rock bottom. We hope you and your loved ones will return soon. Thanks for being a perfect guest; Sami

We had a communication SNAFU with our cleaning crew. I take full responsibility. We will be offering Jeanie a discount on her next visit. We are grateful all else was grand. It is so nice here in the off season. Very underrated. Thanks again, Jeanie, Sami G

Courtney, thank you for this review. Helping make memories for our guests is our goal. Thank you again, Sami

Jason, Thank you sooo much for this great review. Sorry the deadbolt got locked by our dryer vent inspection team. At least i'm less than a mile down the road to help out. You all were fabulous guests. Please come back again. And, enjoy our Off Season rates but the gorgeous lake after Labor Day. Our rates drop and the resort is almost empty and we go out in our boat and swim thru Oct. Once in the sun a cool plunge is just what the doctor ordered....Go Jump In. Thanks again and please do come back to see us, Sami Grace

Carol, Thank you for the kind review. I am sorry i went crazy on the light switches when i built the condo. I need to spend a day up there re-labeling them. We are so glad you all enjoyed your stay in our Treehouse unit. If you ever have a crowd we also have one across the street and one next door to that one. All 3 have a king in the master and 2 queens in the guest room. We hope you can return. Bring your ATV and i'll show you the legal trails to ride to the top of the mountain, Hickory Nut Mountain Vista, where you can see the entire lake. Oct is my favorite month on the mountain. The water is still warm, the eagles start showing up and the air is crisp. It's magical. We hope you can experience it sometime. I'll give you a special price. Thanks again, Sami

I'm so glad you all got to experience the Off Season. It is the favorite of the locals. Weather is perfect, rates are wonderful and i hear you caught lots of fish with our Guide Darby. Please come back soon. Fall is buggy season. We can all take a ride to the Hickory Nut Mountain Vista. Our favorite cold weather sport. Thanks again, Sami

Making a perfect vacation experience for our guests is our objective. We love when folks get to see the beauty in our 40,000+ acre lake without one single home on it. 1000 miles of pristine shoreline to pull up on and enjoy the day on one of the 200 islands. It's paradise and we love showing our National Forest off. Thanks and please come back again. Our Off Season is fabulous. From Labor Day thru Memorial Day sans holidays.

Stacie....i'm wiping my tears from your review. Thank you so much. I am getting the orange removed this winter. If i can afford to paint the entire condo i will. We have plans for redoing the screened in porch also. I wish i had enough cash for floors, walls and counter tops. But, alas, we have to stay on a budget. The orange walls will be removed soon. I'll send you a pic to your phone til i have the photographer come take professional ones. Thanks for your review. And thanks for the suggestions. I am always open for suggestions. Thanks, again, Sami
