Agusto Kaax is an exclusive 12-unit Condo-Hotel located in the middle of the jungle, but strategically located just 2 miles from downtown Tulum.
We want you to get to know and be in contact with the beautiful Mexican Caribbean jungle while making your experience as comfortable as possible. Our accommodation has common areas that will allow you to meet other guests, but you can also have complete privacy to enjoy this beautiful place. All of our rooms have views of our beautiful pools and the mystical jungle.

The common areas are planned to make you feel as comfortable as at home, with the opportunity to meet other people from all over the world while having a great time. But if you need more privacy, most of our rooms have a private roof/garden with sun loungers and a small deep soaking tub with jungle views.

In your apartment you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a roof garden with sun loungers and a small bathtub with views of the jungle. Small safe.
