This modern home offers a unique vintage flair & Vegas themed bedrooms. Located only 20 minutes away from the strip, you will find that this home is the perfect balance of proximity to Vegas for a night out, and seclusion for a peaceful stay. Here, you will have luxury, comfort, & many activities to keep everyone entertained - Perfect for extended stays!

Themed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: The luxurious master bedroom is inspired by the "Taj Mahal." It offers a queen bed, an en suite with a double vanity, walk-in shower and oversized bathtub, walk-in closet, a 60" smart TV, and a work desk.

Bedroom 2: If you're looking for some extraterrestrial fun, the Area 51 bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, large closet, a sitting area, and a 50" smart TV.

Bedroom 3: "The Luxor" room features a stunning accent wall and hand painted wall mural. Formerly an office, this room has been converted into a cozy sleeping space with two twin beds, a dresser, desk, and a 40" smart TV. Although this bedroom does not have a door, a curtain provides privacy for guests.

Each bedroom is furnished with premium Leesa brand mattresses, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Game Room Activities:
Air Hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong, Laser Tag, Poker Table, Vintage Pinball Machine + Over 20 Board Games!

Outdoor Activities:
Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Propane BBQ Grill

ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED up to $300/month. Guests are responsible for utilities over $300. Utilities include: Electricity, Water and Gas. We will send out an invoice for any overages.

Dream Vacation

My wife and myself were able to take our "dream vacation", a two month trip to visit our sons in Henderson, NV. Angela and Nathan's home made this ever so possible. The home was clean, modern, beautiful and was set in the best location possible for us. Beds were very comfortable and the appliances and recreational equipment were fantastic. The backyard was large and kept up well and the scenery in the foothills was magnificent! The setup was perfect for either a BBQ with family for a stay in night or close to both the Strip and Downtown for night's with a little more glitz. Also non gambling venues such as Red Rock Canyon and Lake Las Vegas were just a short drive away. The description of the home was correct to a tee and we would highly recommend this home to anyone. We would absolutely stay again and hope to return next year for a longer stay if possible. Angela and Nathan were great hosts, both accessible when needed but not invasive.
