This beautiful, exceptionally clean one bedroom, water view condo overlooks Lake Conroe and the Walden Yacht Club. You may dock your personal watercraft at our courtesy dock and store your trailer at our boat launch. Our guests have access to all of Walden's amenities including golf, tennis, fitness center, private boat launch, restaurants and local entertainment venues. This is a perfect location for guests attending weddings and other functions at the Walden Yacht Club. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and there is a washer/dryer for your added convenience. Cable television and internet are included at no extra cost. These accommodations are located approximately 5 miles from the
Margaritaville Resort and less than 30 minutes from the Renaissance Festival and The Woodlands.

Wonderful location. Perfect for viewing the July 4th parade and hanging out at the pool and BWG restaurant. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

Great getaway in Walden!

We were visiting family nearby and this condo was a great location. Booked very last minute but they were able to accommodate us. We were able to easily walk to the Yacht Club. We didn't have time to explore all of the amenities this trip, but we'd love to come back when we have more time. To make it easier for luggage if you stay here, park at top of ramp to garage (on street level), walk short distance to bottom of ramp and there is a luggage cart available right next to the elevator.
