A paradise for connoisseurs of the dreamlike!

This vacation home with heated pool is located in the small village of Rukavac in a breathtaking location on the slopes of the Ucka Mountains, above the famous Opatija. Here you will literally be spoiled! Enjoy the ideal climatic conditions, where the sea climate mixes with the mountain air. The unique thing about this vacation property is the spectacular panoramic view over the Kvarner islands and the bay with its turquoise waters. Especially in the evening, the view of the lights in the distance reveals itself. On the first floor of the smart interiors, the living area is connected to a spacious covered terrace with barbecue, sunbathing area and infinity pool. On the upper floor, in addition to three of the four bedrooms, there is a mini wellness area with sauna and whirlpool.

The natural grounds opposite the vacation home are ideal for active vacationers: there is a badminton net, forest with hiking trails and tennis courts approx. 500m away.

The ideal location allows you to explore Istria and Kvarner. Opatija, Lovran and Volosko offer a range of entertainment and cultural programs in the summer evenings. Gourmets will enjoy tasting local specialties in excellent taverns nearby.
