This beautiful holiday home has been completely renovated and adapted to today's lifestyle. It is located in the small village of unjevica near Labin. Outside, a pool provides refreshment. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and living room, toilet and another kitchen-living room with access to the terrace. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper floor, with bedroom no. 3 having its own bathroom. In addition to garden furniture, there is also a brick barbecue in the well-kept grounds. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling and if you want to swim in the sea, visit the beaches of Rabac.

Inchecken verliep goed, communicatie verliep uitstekend.Suzana is erg hartelijk.Het huis is ruim en schoon.Het dorpje is wel erg verlaten.Je moet best een eind rijden voor plaatsen als Porec of Pula maar wij hadden het er graag voor over.Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een heerlijk zwembad.Ook de buurtsuper naast het huis was erg handig.Ze verkochten heerlijk brood.

Ein sehr schönes Haus um die herrliche istrische Landschaft zu genießen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Suzana ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin und bei Bedarf sofort zur Stelle. Unser Wunsch bzgl. Eierbecher hat sie umgehend erfüllt :-)Das Haus ist großzügig, sauber und Dank der 4 Klimageräte herrlich kühl. An den Fenstern sind überall Fliegengitter.Handtücher, Putzschwämme, Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier, Grillkohle u. Holz waren bei uns vorhanden. Ebenso für den Anfang Spülmaschinentabs.(Wer viel Wert auf Küchenutensilien legt, sollte Dosenöffner, Schere usw. von zu Hause mitbringen.)Auch der Pool ist herrlich erfrischend und der kleine Supermarkt nebenan bietet die wichtigsten Dinge (Milch, Butter, Obst,...) zu normalen Preisen. Eine absolut zu empfehlende Unterkunft.Danke Suzana für eine herrliche Zeit bei dir! Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!
