An oasis of well-being just 20 minutes drive from Dusseldorf and Essen. Immediately from the green is this 75 square meter fully equipped duplex apartment with two large balconies. There are two beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a living room with TV. In the immediate vicinity are also a children's playground and a dirt road for long walks in nature.
