About this property

The house "Ostseepanorama" is located in the villa district and has a spacious plot just a few meters from the beach with partial sea views!

The house is divided in the upper floor in three bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single bed (extendible)) and a bathroom (1x shower, 1x bath).
On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge with freezer), a large storage room, and a spacious living room with fireplace and a dining area. From the living room and the dining area offers a panoramic view of the spacious garden and in spring to the Baltic Sea.

A large, partially covered terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs and two sun loungers. The living and dining area is equipped with chairs, high chair, table, sofa, glass table and a fireplace.

There is free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV and a TV. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

The property is very spacious, so it is ideal for children. On the property you can park a car.

Gediegen!

Wir waren beeindruckt vom Haus und haben den Blick aus den großen Fenstern auf die Lübecker Bucht genossen. Man muss den Charme der 60er mögen - wir taten es! Allerdings ist es auch ein altes Haus und verströmt hier und da einen Geruch, die Küchengeräte sind teilweise noch die alten, die Drehstühle quietschen (was vermutlich leicht zu beheben ist). Im Wohnzimmer fehlen Sitzmöglichkeiten für 5 Personen, es wäre genug Platz. Das sind Einschränkungen, die man bei dem stattlichen Preis bemängelt, was uns aber nicht daran gehindert hat hier zauberhafte Tage zu verbringen. Im Sommer wiederzukommen stellen wir uns wunderbar vor!
