Welcome to a newly built, beautifully presented 4 bedroom home that’s designed to give a group of up to 8 a relaxing stay in a location that makes it easy to reach the beach, and all the entertainment downtown.


The hassle-free fun will begin as soon as you arrive, as you can park right outside this easy access home and not have far to wheel your luggage to get inside and check out your new vacation home.

LIVING AREA

It’s designed with your comfort in mind. There are a variety of places to sit and relax, or maybe to watch the 58-inch smart TV on which you can stream your favorite movies and shows for great nights in after amazing days out. The fireplace makes this a cozy room for everyone to gather to catch-up, or grab some me-time too.


KITCHEN AND DINING AREA

If you’re planning a meal to celebrate a special occasion during your stay, the dining table is large enough to seat 8 people, and the kitchen is stocked with all the plates, glasses and cutlery you’re likely to need for any meal. It’s a modern kitchen full of quality appliances that will make preparing brilliant breakfasts or brunches, delicious dinners and tasty snacks any time of day a real pleasure.


4 BEDROOMS

We’ll leave you to decide who sleeps where, but rest assured all beds are gloriously comfortable and all 4 bedrooms are presented to the highest standards. 


The master bedroom features a king bed and is connected to a bathroom with double sinks, a large bathtub and standalone shower. You also have direct access to the back patio, so you can throw open the blackout curtains every morning and welcome in the new day in style.


Another of the bedrooms has a double Murphy bed (they are beds you can fold away during the day) plus a desk and chair and an ensuite bathroom with standalone shower. You’ll find an iMac monitor on the desk which you are welcome to use during your stay.


The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and chair. All bedrooms give you plenty of space to store your clothes and belongings, so be sure to unpack when you arrive and really make yourselves at home.


3 BATHROOMS

You get to choose between invigorating showers and relaxing soaks in bathtubs when you book your stay here. With 3 bathrooms to share, no one will be waiting long to get ready to go out for the day or evening.


OUTSIDE SPACE

You have a fully fenced backyard to enjoy all to yourselves (and with your pet) with an electric grill on the patio if you wish to have a family BBQ during your stay (you can buy all the food and drink you need from the shops nearby). And because it’s just a short walk to the beach, we ensure there are plenty of beach essentials you can use, including a beach umbrella, volleyball, 8 beach towels and 4 beach chairs.


REMOTE WORKING

If someone in your group has work to do, there are plenty of places in the house to sit with a laptop, including a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms (with an iMac monitor provided), the dining table or kitchen counter. So take your pick, and use the ultra high speed fiber optic internet to send work to whoever needs it.


PARKING 

The presence of a driveway outside this new-build home means you can park 2 full-size vehicles right outside, giving all guests easy access to the house.


BRING YOUR PET

What’s a vacation without your pet? You’re welcome to bring yours to the house and make use of the fenced in back yard to give them a run. Please note that we charge a $25 a day fee for a pet. Pets do require prior approval. Please message us with weight and breed of your pet prior to booking.
