This home was just fully renovated in July 2022. This house is the perfect stay for a fishing or beach vacation!
We are just 5 minutes from Conn Brown Harbor, a 15 minute drive from Rockport Beach, a 19 minute drive to North Beach in Corpus Christi and a ferry ride away for Port Aransas Beach.
This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home - has a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful new granite countertops (just add your own groceries), a pellet BBQ, and a large back deck to wind down after a day of fishing or beach going!

Great place if you don't mind being watched and listened to 24hrs a day

My family went to Aransas Pass for a Duck hunting trip in the marsh lands. My brother-in-law was staying at another house and dropped my son off on the way. His duck hunting dog was with him for the hunt and had a 6hr drive so the dog went in the back yard to stretch his legs. When he left the dog went through the house to leave. On the second day of the trip, I was informed by the landowner that a rule had been broken and if I did not pay the fine immediately, I would be evicted that day because no dogs were allowed. I tried to explain the dog did run through once, but the landowner didn't care and demanded payment. Although the place was nice for what we were there for, I will not return and would not recommend.

Nice & soacious

We were unsure of what we were going to walk inIto because the front yard doesn’t have a true driveway, the grass was overgrown and we didn’t know where to park. I think they had just had a lot of rain before we showed up so we chalked that up to circumstance. Great news is we were very pleased once we walked in! It’s nicely decorated, clean, spacious with room to stretch & comfortable sofa and beds! They just had a lot of little things that made it a nice stay! Would stay there again!

Comfy in Aransas Pass

Lots of room for family inside and out. Well decorated and calming colors. I liked that there was a limited number of decore so little ones aren't tempted. There's 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each. Bathrooms are well done but have no locks just so you know. Otherwise, very pretty, clean, spacious rental.
