Second House on the Danish Wieck • Strandweg

This house was once used as Tagelöhnerkate and lovingly renovated in 2019.
The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this wonderful object captivates by its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof.

The house can accommodate 2 adults with / without a dog. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the bedroom is possible. If that's not enough, you can book the neighboring house (4 adults + 2 children) for friends and family.
Ludwigsburg is located directly on the "Danish Wieck" and houses one of the last estate of the Pomeranian Dukes. Just 300 meters from the holiday home Schloss Ludwigsburg invites you to linger with its historic park and its old trees. The natural beach, in the middle of the nature reserve, is only about 1 km away and offers great relaxation away from mass tourism. Here your children can play and swim in shallow water.



Immediately in front of the house runs the European Baltic Cycle Route which leads you on the one hand to Greifswald with its monastery ruin (11 km), the fishing village Wieck (12 km) and the city center (15 km) along with Museumshafen. Take the other direction, enjoy the vast natural landscape of Western Pomerania and pass on your way to Usedom u. a. the seaside resort of Lubmin, the fishing village of Freest, the marina Kröslin and the ducal city of Wolgast.

Fantastisch

It is a cozy vacation apartment with everything you need. Great view. Great location with the chance of fantastic starlit evenings. Dirk, the caretaker, lives next door. He is super nice and helpful. He gave good hiking tips! We'd love to come back! Our dog Sid also really enjoyed it.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern klein und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Sonnenaufgang aus dem Schlafzimmer eine Wucht. Und auch morgens im Garten beim Frühstück einfach herrlich. Der Hausmeister super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit Ratschlägen dabei. Unsere Hunde und wir haben die Ruhe abseits vom Tourismus in vollen Zügen mit langen Spaziergängen sowohl am Strand als auch in Wald und Wiesen genossen (Juni 2026)Werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Wohnung mit mehr Geschirr ausgestattet wäre.Das die Heizung kaputt ging - ist schade. Aber es wurde ja zeitnahe für eine Ersatzlösung gesorgt.

Super schöner Urlaub. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter und der Hausmeister sind tipptopp! In der Nähe ist ein wunderschöner Strand, gar nicht überlaufen. Hunde sind überall willkommen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unternehmungen gibt es in 10-30 Minuten zu genüge.Gerne wieder!

Mäßiger Urlaubsstart

Der Aufenthalt war schön; fing aber unter keinem guten Stern an; Denn wie wir die Wohnung erreichten - wesentlich später als wir ansich schon hätten hinein gehen dürfen ( ca. 18.30) ( Anreisezeit ist aber schon ab 16.00) war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt. Der Besitzer reinigte sie dann schnell selbst…. war soweit ok…. Ein kleines Entgegenkommen, preislich o Ä wäre nett gewesen…..

romantisches Häuschen in schöner Lage

Ich war das 1. Mal in dieser Unterkunft und war sehr begeistert. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Übergeben wurde es vom Hausmeister, der sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Das Häuschen liegt ab vom Tourismus, was ich persönlich aber ganz toll fande. Ich hatte den Urlaub mit meinem Hund zusammen dort verbracht. Es ist eine sehr schöne Gegend zum Spazieren, Entspannen und die schöne Luft der Greifswalder Bodden zu genießen. Trotzdem ist man schnell in Greifswald oder anderen Nachbarorten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen und werde sicherlich auch mal wieder kommen.

Traumurlaub im Herbst

Ich bin Wiederholungstäter Der Aufenthalt war wie letztes Jahr perfekt. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit eingezäunten Garten. Perfekt für mich und meinen Hund. Man kommt wunderbar zur Ruhe und mit Auto ist man schnell in Greifswald Stralsund oder am Strand von Lubmin. (Hundestrandabschnitte (ab 1.10. darf der Hund an jeden Abschnitt) Sehr gut sortierte Supermärkte in Lubmin. Wenn etwas nicht passt, ist der Hausmeister sehr schnell zur Stelle (DANKE). Sehr netter Vermieter. Der perfekte ORT zum Entschleuigen. Wer den Trubel sucht, ist fehl am Platz.

Urlaub im Hochsommer

Wir haben in diesem Sommer das obere MeckPom in Etappen erkundet. Dabei war diese Unterkunft unsere letzte Bleibe. Sie liegt sehr ländlich, in einem winzigen Dorf (ohne Infrastruktur- keine Geschäfte oder so) ist aber landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen und der Naturstrand ist in Laufentfernung ( so man gut zu Fuß ist , 40 Min). Alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und der Hausmeister nebenan sehr hilfreich, als wir uns mal ausgeschlossen hatten. Kleines Gärtchen ist eingezäunt (praktisch für den Hund) und im Schlafzimmer steht ein Crosstrainer! Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub . Für uns sehr stimmig

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt . Hausmeister sehr gut 👍. Obwohl das Objekt sehr ruhig gelegen ,konnten wir mit unserem Hund jeden Tag etwas anderes besichtigen/ unternehmen . Werden bestimmt wieder kommen😊

Sowas von entspannten Urlaub 🥰

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung , die nichts missen lässt… Ein Geheimtipp für Leute die gerne Ruhe , schöne Landschaft , Ausflüge nach Usedom, Rügen und Umgebung lieben. Der nächste Strand nicht überlaufen, mit Hund einfach traumhaft . Alles Menschen , die wir getroffen haben, super nett und kommunikativ . Eigentlich sollte man es nicht weiterempfehlen , denn wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen und hoffen auf freie Buchungszeiten😉

Das Haus die Lage ist einfach super… Ruhe und Erholung von der 1 Minute Nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig in jedem Eck ob Decke oder Boden waren Spinnen oder tote Fliegen und Staub….

Paar Infos haben gefehlt (Ausstattung Haus.. was vorhanden ist..)Grill ist auch vorhanden, wurde bei Anfrage verneint, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort nein, erst in Greifswald, Fliegengitter unten im Haus wären super, Griff an Balkontür (von außen) auch..
