The house was perfect. Very clean and a great set up for both families. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Communication with the host/owner was prompt and we were able to solve a minor issue. Would recommend.

Thanks for the great review! Even when dealing with the few minor issues, they were great and communicative! I would highly recommend renting to this family!
We loved our stay at the Deer view chalet. Perfect for 3 families with small children as there was PLENTY of space in the large loft room and two eating areas. One thing to note is that there isn't a dish washer so may want to plan ahead with disposable plates to help manage messes.

Thanks for your great review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Not having a dishwasher is noted on appliances that we don’t have - just a heads up for your future bookings!
Enjoyed our stay in Arnold. Everything exactly as advertised. House seems to be a recent remodel, and is very nice and clean. We had a group of 6 + our dog. Great time had by all - highly recommended!
Loved our stay. We had a big group. The adults had their own rooms and kids all had their own comfy beds in the loft. Kids were happy they didn’t have to share. They even made blanket forts all across the loft.
Would stay here again.
My family, my brothers family and my father went out on Dec 22-24 to celebrate an early Christmas together. There were 9 of us total. We loved this cabin and were so comfortable in this home. Everyone had their own bed and there were 2 bathrooms for showering which was perfect for the 9 of us. We played games together by the fireplace and also at the dining room table. We went into Murphy’s and also the guys in the family played golf at Greenhorn Creek and my son also played at Forest Meadows. We did a big hike nearby and took in the scenery. Very pretty area. Katie was very helpful giving recommendations for places to eat and places close by for golfing. I had fun communicating with her through the Vrbo app. We would all definitely go back and do this again! We had such a fun, enjoyable time here!
We had a lovely stay here. It was a great place to spend time with my family. The upstairs kids/game room was awesome. My kids loved the foosball table and air hockey. The space heaters looked like little fire places which gave everything a cozy feel. There were tons of games/puzzles to keep us entertained and we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace downstairs. The beds were very comfortable with lots of warm blankets.
A few things to be prepared for there is a steep driveway, we were able to get up it with two wheel drive and no chains as it had just been plowed that morning, but it was a little tricky. There is no dishwasher but the kitchen is otherwise well stocked. The upstairs is heated by space heater only. None of these were deal breakers for us, we were able to get the temperature comfortably pretty quickly. I would stay here again.
