The unit is located on the third (top) floor for comfort and to reduce noise. You are walking distance to food, night life, Ohio State University campus, and much more! Off street parking is available upon request and there is street parking around the area.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The apartment was very nicely furnished, exactly as described. The only confusing part was the parking situation. Address listed as being on the street but was down an alley behind the address. But parking in this part of Columbus is always a fiasco. otherwise definitely recommend! it was within walking distance of so much stuff

Great location to Ohio Stadium

Perfect studio apartment for 1 - 2 people. We stayed for Buckeye Fest and it was a short 15-20 minute walk to the stadium. Would stay again!!! Would suggest taking an eye mask though as there are no curtains and it is very bright in the room due to exterior lights on building.
