About this property

The cottage is located in a quiet location in the village of Galizana. This is about 8km from Pula and 5km from the sea.

It was newly renovated. The house is 130m2 and is located on two floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with barbecue and a large garden. Parking is available for 2-3 cars. In the garden there are 3 loungers, a couple of chairs and a swimming pool, which is 7x3m large.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has air conditioning. There is also air conditioning on the upper floor.

The landlady provides bed linen, and towels are provided.

Tolles Haus und nette Vermieterin

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit tollen Pool in ruhiger Gegend. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für zwei Familien und hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und reagierte sehr flexibel auf unsere Wünsche zu An-/Abreiseuhrzeiten.

Tolle Urlaubstage in Kroatien

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern da, der Pool war bei uns allen sehr beliebt. Sehr schöne Lage und sehr ruhig. Im Dorf gibt es ein paar kleine Läden wo man das nötigste bekommt aber auch größere Geschäfte sind nicht weit weg. Zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Na klar gab es auch ein paar Gebrauchsspuren an Möbeln oder Inventar da kann man ja was dran ändern aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Vielen Dank.Wir hatten auch immer eine netten Kontakt wenn wir Hilfe benötigen.

Super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Möbel waren teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wie kommen gerne wieder!
