With Highway 17 only a few blocks south, this home is incredibly close to restaurants, world-class golf, putt-putt courses, grocery stores, and many other conveniences. North Myrtle Beach itself is accessible one mile southeast.

One of the best features of this home is the amount of living space it provides. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a formal living room to the right and a more casual family room with a smart TV to the left. To the rear of the house are a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a separate dining room for when you're not grilling out in the backyard.

There is a primary suite on both the first and second floors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
