Holiday home on Lake Garda
Dear guests!
We are pleased that you are interested in our bungalow on Lake Garda in Tignale and would like to introduce this here:
1. Location of the bungalow and the complex:
The holiday park Villagio di Sunclass is located about 500 m above Lake Garda and on the edge of the natural park "Parco Alto Garda" amidst beautiful countryside, surrounded by nature. The immediate area is perfect for long hiking tours; About 1 hour away there is also a waterfall. From our bungalow, which has a living space of approximately 55 square meters, you have both a beautiful view of Lake Garda and on the opposite mountain massif of Monte Baldo. The extensive grounds on which the bungalows are loosely distributed today used to be an orchard.
Our bungalow (B23) has a nice garden, is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, so you need to heated community pool, which is located next to the reception, about 5 to 10 minutes by car or about 15 to 20 minutes on foot, with the climbs / mountains are sometimes very steep.
Second The equipment of the bungalow:
- Parking on the doorstep
- Wi-Fi included
- Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, spices, vinegar, oil
- Living room with comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, pellet stove, music - Tower with Bluetooth - function, radio, flat screen
- 2 Bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed (2 m x 1.60 m, pillows and blankets available)
- Dressing room
- 1 bedroom with sofa bed (2 m x 1.40 m, pillows and blankets available)
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Garden with 2 furnished terraces, cozy sitting area including oven and charcoal grill
- Herb garden with sage, rosemary, mint, lavender: please serve to your heart's content
- Hammock and sunbeds
- and of course the most important thing: beautiful view of Lake Garda and Mount Baldo
