About this property

Welcome to our farm. Our apartment can accommodate up to 6 people or two families.

The apartment has just been renovated. It consists of 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and a terrace. One room has its own bathroom and the other two share a bathroom. It's perfect for friends or families who want to be together but still want a little privacy. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of South Tyrolean wine during dinner.

Our farm is located at an altitude of about 800m. It is a quiet place surrounded by nature, with a breathtaking view.

For our guests we also offer a breakfast with products from our own production for the price of 10 Euro.
We also offer the possibility for a dinner to dine with typical dishes of the region.

Our farm products, such as B. Raspberry juice, marmalade variations and seasonal fruits and vegetables can be bought from us.

Above the garage we have created a green area with a small children's playground, a table and a sunbathing area.

In 2014 we started the renovation work. The construction work is completed, some details around the house are still missing,

- Up to 2 people, the apartment is rented with 1 room.
- For up to 4 people, the apartment is rented with 2 rooms.
- Up to 6 people, the apartment is rented with 3 rooms.

The price of the apartment does not include the local tax (1.2 € per person per night).

In 20-50 minutes by car you can reach the most famous cities of South Tyrol and there are also many other possibilities for hiking, climbing, skiing and swimming.

The nearest supermarket is in the village of Avigna, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot.

Traumhafte Landschaft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften den Kräutergarten vor dem Haus nutzen und haben uns täglich leckeren Pfefferminztee gemacht und die anderen Kräuter zum Kochen verwendet. In der Wohnung riecht es wunderbar nach Zirben-Holz, da die Türen alle daraus gefertigt sind. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die man kostenlos nutzen kann, sowie auch den kostenlosen Bergbahnen haben wir täglich tolle Ausflüge gemacht. Das Auto haben wir überhaupt nicht benötigt. Was nicht fehlen durfte, war der Pizza Abend mit der Pizza aus dem Holzofen, die die Gastgeberin hervorragend zubereitet hat. Alles in allem sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Gastgeber.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Bis auf einen Korkenzieher war alles vorhanden.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Absolut tolle Lage. Nach Bozen ist es ein Katzensprung. Gute Busanbindung. Pizza aus dem Holzofen vom Vermieter extrem lecker. Haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Großartig

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das "typische südtiroler Abendessen" war hervorragend und auch das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Großes Plus für die windgeschützte Terrasse mit Esstisch, morgens sonnig und abends eine großartige Aussicht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
