Holiday Home “Tholer Hof” – Peaceful Retreat with Balcony, Garden, and Terrace.



Set at 1,250 meters in the quiet village of Afing near Jenesien, about 20 km above Bolzano, Tholer Hof is a lovingly furnished holiday home surrounded by meadows, woods, and fresh mountain air—perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature.



The 90 m² home combines comfort and coziness for up to six guests. It features an inviting living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with corner bench and dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms with high-quality glass showers. All furniture is made of solid wood.



Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a safe, underfloor heating, controlled ventilation, as well as books and toys for children.



A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with south-facing balcony, sunny terrace, and garden—ideal for unwinding. Families will appreciate the small playground and covered parking.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und Hund und Katze waren auch mit dabei. Man kann in der Umgebung sehr gut wandern und Bozen sowie Meran sind nicht weit.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf dem Tholer Hof und haben diesen durchwegs genossen. Die neugebaute Gästewohnung ist in allen Kategorien hochwertig gebaut und hergerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich und ebenfalls hochwertig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, offen, jederzeit erreichbar und beantworten bei Bedarf gerne auch Fragen zu Freizeitbeschäftigungen, etc. Wir können einen Besuch dort wärmstens empfehlen!

Pros: Super nette Gastgeber. Haus war super ausgestattet und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr ruhige Lage. Cons: Eine Woche war zu kurz.
