Clean and nicely remodeled

We were very happy with this clean and spacious home. Cleanliness is a top priority to us and this one passed the test. It wasn’t quite as close to the beach as we imagined, but was still within walking distance. There was an outdoor shower and water hose to rinse sand off yourself and your things, which was great. There aren’t really amenities for infants and children, but we had brought some of our own so it wasn’t a big deal. We would recommend this house to friends and stay here again.

Labor Day weekend 2022

We had an awesome experience coming down to the Outer banks. We came down for a fishing weekend, house was perfectly located in a quiet area but 10-15 minutes from anything. Great atmosphere and wonderfully redone house!

Nice spacious place to stay close to the ocean

We were really happy with the property. It has been nicely renovated and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It’s close to the beach and Avon pier. You can easily walk to the beach but we chose to park at the pier and had no issues finding a place to park. It was our first time staying in Avon and we really enjoyed it. Definitely somewhere we’d stay again!!
