This gulf-front condo on the 3rd floor at Wyndham Emerald Beach Resort has been completely updated with BRAND NEW: flooring, paint, furniture, smart TVs and more!

This light and airy coastal getaway features a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds to sleep a maximum of 6 (or 5 adults. Top bunk has a weight limit of 150 lbs).

A 50" 4K TV in the living room and a 43" 4K TV in the bedroom provide you with cable channels as well as Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV or your other favorite streaming service. Just log in to your account and watch your favorite shows! Your subscriptions will automatically be logged out upon checkout.

High Speed Wireless Internet is provided. When we say "high speed," we mean it! Over 100mbps download speed.

Our large balcony with spacious seating for 6 provides you with never-ending views of the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A perfect spot for your morning Starbucks or provided ground coffee or coffee pods in the kitchen.

Pool toys are provided for built-in fun on the beach!

You're a mile from Pier Park and have many wonderful restaurants within a short drive (or even walk!) from the front door! And you're 1.5 miles from Target and Wal-Mart to stock up on additional supplies during your stay!

Incredible view of ocean/beach from the balcony! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great communication of what to expect and tips to get have the best resort experience. Beach chairs set up and ready for us to use. Easy access to the pools and hot tub (loved that two were heated for our Feb/March stay).

Spectacular

Eric and Jamie are lovely hosts. Very responsive and helpful from check in to check out. Our favorite thing was walking to the fishing pier on the beach and connecting with nature. Coming back as often as possible!

Great Stay

Condo very clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Really like location of condo in the resort, easily move from condo to skybridge to parking garage. Owners stayed in touch from booking until checkout. Great food with in walking distance, really loved Autentika Mexican restaurant which is only a short walk.
