This is a privately owned unit in this beautiful luxurious hotel. You will be able to enjoy its amenities, however, there are a few guidelines that we need to comply with.

FEES AND DEPOSIT

1. REQUIRED FEES
RESORT FEE: Provide valid credit card and ID for the resort fee.$45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:
* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.
* Sunrise Yoga Classes
* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults
* 2 Bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* local and toll free calls

2. OPTIONAL FEES
VALET PARKING - $58/day (plus tax); paid in full at the time of check in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at time of booking if you need parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge, it’s just a hold for incidentals. Anything charged to the room will be deducted from this hold plus a 10% fee.

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room

Hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years old to check in and use hotel services.

Great condo right on the beach!

Loved this one bedroom condo with a galley kitchen, seperate sitting area, and a balcony! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and 4 days. The hotel was located right across the street from the beach. The pool, restaurant, workout facilities and pool bar area all located on property. Check in was a breeze, once we arrived and the communication before check in was impressive. The balcony does face west towards Las Olas and the sunsets were amazing.

I was looking somewhere to escape the cold and I got that. There was a little confusion with check in but it was sorted out fast. The place was prefect and exactly what I was looking for.

Great Spot

I would recommend this option to anyone. You get to experience all the perks of staying at the Conrad! We were able to use the chairs & towels on the beach as well as at the pool. They also do house keeping everyday bringing new towels and bottles waters. The bed was very comfortable. Having balcony access from the living & bedroom was a great perk. This was a spacious unit and having a full sized refrigerator & microwave was convenient! As was having the half bath in addition to the full bath. This place had great amenities. We did have to wait about 30 minutes in the hotel lobby for the representative to meet us and sign some papers which were needed to checkin but it wasn’t a huge deal. Just be prepared that you may have a bit of a wait upon arrival. We did Uber back and forth from Las Olas & any downtown destinations but anything at the beach was very walkable. Great value!
