Très bien situé mais très vieillot

Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien situé avec une grande terrasse (dommage pour le vis à vis). Par contre, très vieillot à l'intérieur, matelas à revoir, frigo trop petit. Et un gros bémol : un voisin qui a le syndrome de Gilles de La Tournette qui hurle... en pleine nuit...

Non adapté pour 5 personnes

L’appartement est vieillot et manque de rangement. Frigo beaucoup trop petit pour 5 personnes (obligé de faire les courses tout les 2 jours) et ne refroidissait pas assez, ustensiles de cuisine très limités et pas de première jeunesse. Douche très petite. Voisin très bruyant la nuit. Wifi inefficace,place parking très petite. Par contre l’appartement est idéalement placé, proche du centre, du port et supermarché. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement.

Appartement fonctionnel et conforme mais a rafraîchir. Lits tres petits et douche tres tres petite. Cela reste cependant un apartement agréable et bien situé .
