Awful! It is a scam!

This property was a scam. Never received any information from the manager to check in or any communication at all. AVOID! You will lose your money and have to work with VRBO to get a refund. Save yourself the hassle.

The host never responded

Upon arrival at the property, I sent a message to the host requesting the entry code. The host never responded. I immediately notified VRBO, which also attempted to contact the host unsuccessfully. My family and I waited over 3 hours for an agreeable solution from VRBO, who tried to find a different property without success and in an acceptable part of town. The VRBO supervisor was sometimes helpful but tried to convince me that a one-bedroom apartment is the same as a one-bed hotel room....Not. At the end of this fiasco, I eventually found a hotel and paid a massive markup price, as it was the Texas OU weekend.
