Pointe West 4 Bed 4 Bath Luxury Home

We are pleased to offer Sand Pleasure Cottage, the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the Galveston coast. This beautiful home has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped to provide the comfort and convenience of a true home away from home.

The property features an innovative reverse floor plan, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen located on the second level to take advantage of the beautiful views. It also includes four flat-screen TVs and a whole-home sound system for your entertainment.

"Capacity for up to 15 guests"

Sand Pleasure Cottage is prepared to accommodate up to 12-15 guests; if your group includes additional guests, please contact us and we will be happy to help you plan your stay.

First level:
• 3 King bedrooms.
• Each bedroom includes a private bathroom.

Second level:
• Bunk room that can accommodate up to 11 guests, with a total of 5 twin beds and 3 full-size beds.

Guests will also have access to an area stocked with a grill, beach chairs, and floats to enjoy their stay to the fullest.

"Excellent location"

Sand Pleasure Cottage is just a few minutes away by golf cart from the Pointe West Beach Club, where guests can enjoy a resort-style pool, hot tub, children's pool, restaurant, and a second pool with a lazy river.

Access to the Beach Club is $25 per person, and the wristband is valid for your entire stay (payment is made directly at the club). The access reservation is arranged for all guests included in your reservation; however, only guests who wish to enjoy the club amenities will need to purchase a wristband.

Additionally, the home is located just steps from the private beach access, with only one house between the property and the dune crossover, allowing you to reach the beach within minutes.

Perfect home for a quick getaway with two family’s and kids. Our kids loved the bunk room. Perfect location for a walk to the beach. A little farther drive to the pool/club, but easy to do on property. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Great location right off the boardwalk to the beach. Short drive to the Point West Beach Club. Host was very responsive via text. Clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, utensils, dishes, serving bowls and trays. Washer and dryer were nice. Spray hose and shower on patio. Gas and charcoal grills. Ice machine came in handy!

It was a good experience! The only thing is that the photos may be misleading because the property is not near the community pool, and you need to pay extra per person for the pool. But everything else was great!

This was the perfect house for our vacation with kids ages 2-9. The house was spacious, and the bunk room was perfect. The location is ideal - short walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the beach club. The host was amazing! They were responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Amazing Beach House

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect for what we were wanting. The beach is an easy walk with a walkway. The house is beautiful. The owners were very quick about responding to everything. We will book here again in the future for sure!

July 4th weekend

We loved our stay! It was a cute house that was very clean and the property manager was very quick to respond to a question I had when we got there. The location is also great because the beach access is right across the street.

Great Location! Easy to and from the beach. Overall, the house had a great number of beds and bedrooms for the group of us. Enjoyed our stay. Had a lot of trouble with the WIFI making it difficult for working from the house. Other than that it was a great trip!

Beautiful property for family

We loved the house! Location was perfect walking distance to the beach. Rented golf cart to hit the pool, which was an easy drive. Friendly clean neighborhood! House had enough supplies like towels and beach toys. Very clean and comfortable beds! Would suggest this home to friends!

Perfect home in Pointe West

The house was perfect! There were three families with us (6 adults and 8 kids) and we fit perfectly in this home. Each bedroom downstairs had a king bed and it’s own bathroom. The bunk room was the kids favorite hangout and had plenty of room to accommodate everyone! The owner was so easy to work with and we are already planning our trip next year to stay in this home!

Great Getaway, beautiful house and beach club

We were there for a weekend getaway with family that came in from all over the country all above age 40. The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The house had everything we could possibly need. WiFi worked great but we could never figure out how to get the surround sound connected to any devices. If you have older house guest be prepared there are a lot of stairs. The main living area is on the top floor so that was 3 flights of stairs to carry everything inside. We were pretty winded and wore out after that. We spent most of our days at the beach club. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed the little store and the snack shack food and drinks. We ventured to the lazy river for a couple hours one day. The lazy river was a very small circle but we still enjoyed floating around. Note that you have to bring your own tubes. Overall the place is wonderful and I would absolutely stay there again.

Great location! Right next to walkway to the beach. The Beach Club pool is just a short golf cart ride but is excellent if you want to get some water time in that’s not at the beach. Will definitely be back!

Complicated….but had a good time

Property was changing owners, repairs needed, ants, ants, ants, food left in fridge/pantry, living area/kitchen on top level isn’t ideal, will not stay here again. However, the owner (at that time), easy to talk with.
