For guests who like it generous love we offer this apartment with a size of 80 sqm. In our fully furnished apartments you will find everything you need for a carefree stay on the Moselle. EQUIPMENTSleeping room: 2 bedrooms (one room with a single bed) Living room: DVD player, LCD TV, SAT TV Bathroom: Shower, Hairdryer, Towels, Make-up mirror Kitchen: Refrigerator, Cooker, Microwave, Electric kettle, Coffee machine, Egg cooker, Tea towels Extras: Ironing board, iron, cot, high chair, it is a Non smoking apartment Parking is available in about 100 m at the Moselpromende, for free use (marked parking as well as on the side strip). For loading and unloading you can stop in Brandgasse.

Welcome to the holiday home at the Fallertor in the historic resort of Alken In the former winegrower's house, right on the Fallertor in Alken, we offer you two apartments. Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2 persons. The apartment 1 is located in 1. Floor us is suitable for 3 persons. These can be rented separately or as a whole holiday home. Parking is available in about 100 m on the Moselle promenade, for free use (marked parking as well as on the side strip). For loading and unloading you can stop in Brandgasse. Numerous restaurants and wine bars invite you to stop in Alken. A supermarket and a bakery offer shopping opportunities on site. Pier for round trips as well as day trips to Koblenz or Cochem are within a few minutes walk. We are happy to help you with the planning of excursions. When booking, please transfer the amount of accommodation to our account, which you will be notified when booking.

Hat alles gut geklappt....die Kommunikation fand per Telefon statt...man ist auf unseren Wunsch der Schlüsselübergabe eingegangen....es war gemütlich nur die Heizungsanlage nervte....die war mit in der Wohnung...und machte arge Geräusche...und es fehlte eine Pfanne...wir haben uns selbst beköstigt...trotzdem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön...

Leider viel schlechter als erwartet...

Das Einzige was an der Wohnung gut war, ist die Lage. Aber das war’s dann auch. Außerdem findet man in der Umgebung zig bessere und günstigere Unterkünfte. Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erw. + 1 zweijähriges Kind). Gesamteindruck: Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist unter allem Niveau. Man konnte sich ohne Hausschuhe kaum bewegen. Die Kleine war nach 30Min spielen permanent schmutzig. Fussel und Staub auf dem Boden. Das Haus ist sehr alt mit extrem lauter Treppe und Fußböden. Wir hatten Probleme nachdem unsere Kleine ihren Mittags- und Nachtschlaf hatte, uns im Haus zu bewegen. Dazu gehen einige Türen gar nicht oder sehr schlecht zu. In der Nachbarwohnung war ein Hund, dem man Tags wie Nachts beim Bellen zuhören musste. Ein Bügeleisen und ein Kinderstuhl haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Der abgebildete Kamin ist übrigens nur Deko. Bad: Im Bad riecht es nach Kanalisation (aus der Duschkabine, die miserabel geputzt war) und es war allgemein in einem unsauberen Zustand. Unter der Klobrille waren Exkremente, da hat die Putzkraft wohl länger nicht hingeschaut. Haartrockner war klebrig, den konnte man nicht anfassen. Küche: das Ekelgefühl war extrem. Der Kühlschrank roch extrem. Das Geschirr mussten wir vor der Benutzung reinigen. Insgesamt war die Küche nicht sauber. Kein Geschirrspüler, kein Gefrierschrank... Normalerweise sind wir nicht pingelig und verfassen keine schlechten Bewertungen. Aber es war schon ein negatives Erlebnis. Man mietet sich eine Ferienwohnung an um sich wenigstens etwas wie zuhause zu fühlen. Das war eher ein Absteige-Hostel-Gefühl. Wir haben von allem Fotos und Videos gemacht. Leider kann man diese hier nicht platzieren. Rat an den Eigentümer: Bitte sprechen Sie mit der Reinigungskraft und investieren Sie in die Wohnung. Dann wird sie vielleicht ein gemütliches Plätzchen.
