Private Guest House - Aqua Door Phoenix Studio Gated Casita
Welcome to our backyard private studio of 400 sq ft. Enjoy a quiet city neighborhood, on our shared property, tucked away from the street.
Small & functional space includes a kitchenette for basic cooking, a full bathroom & access to shared laundry &yard.
Although a 1 room studio, there is space for 1-3 guests. Longer stays are best for 1 or 2. The loveseat turns into a floor bed.
Wifi &smart TV included
Close to airport, shopping, eating & park.
The space
The space is an open studio (1 single room) that has all the best amenities for a simple stay. This includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The kitchenette has a mid sized refrigerator, an induction stove top cooktop, toaster, coffee maker and sink. (No oven, no dishwasher).
The space is very private, in the backyard of our shared property.
As we live on site in the bigger house, keep in mind that we have 2 young children (they are well behaved!) who are present on the property.
Guest access
Private access by keyless entry to studio. Access to yard and laundry at any time.
Other things to note
Shared yard and patio. (you still have your own front patio).
Access to our shared, separate laundry room, make arrangements with hosts to use.
Access to hammock and fire pit if desired.

Just what we needed
This small bungalow has absolutely everything you need for a getaway. It was spectacularly clean, well stocked, the towels were amazing. We would most definitely come back. Convenient to downtown shops and restaurants.

Hi, I'm Sarah, the main host at the Aqua Door Studio in Phoenix. My husband Dan is the co-host. We love our property and the vibes we have created here and want to welcome you to our private casita. We have two young boys that you may see running around the yard or spy us in the garden. We enjoy the local life and love to tell you our favorite spots if you're up for it.
Why they chose this property
Our private studio, located in our fenced backyard, is so close to downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix. It's a really easy location to be at and is less than 10 minutes to uber to the airport.
What makes this property unique
You can feel safe in a big city, in our fenced property. Especially if you are traveling solo, this unique tucked away property will feel like home away from home.
