Bring the whole family to our vacation home with lots of room for fun: beachin’, boatin’, fishin’, duck huntin’.

This unique home has a beautiful extra large kitchen with two sinks for meal prepping and washing hands, dining room with chairs to seat 9-10, spacious living room w/ Netflix, back porch, and front porch.

Our home is located 8-10 minutes from the ferry to transport your vehicle to the beach. 8 min to Port A beach once across. Corpus beach North is 18 min away as well!

Reservation cancelled

The host cancelled our reservation the night before our arrival date causing us to have to search for a new place to stay last minute which was very difficult and irritating.

When this guest booked a couple days prior to their intended stay, our booking calendars for Airbnb and VRBO were not updating properly. The guest was emailed several times through VRBO, as well as their email on record, informing them of the technical difficulty we were having with the double booking. We also notified even that we would not be able to host them for the upcoming weekend. VRBO informed us we could not cancel their booking until the guests funds were processed, therefore the cancellation one day prior to their stay (however they had already been notified). VRBO held the funds, we were not responsible for the delayed refund as it never was released to us. Our calendars have since been linked with the assistance of VRBO’s technical team. Guests who did not actually stay at a location should not be able to negatively impact a host’s rating.

Perfect fit for us!

We loved this property! The house and yard were perfect for what we needed. We were close to the areas we were wanting to visit. The communication from owners was quick, thorough and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
