Modern, Chic Adult ONLY retreat on a hill at the end of a quiet dead end street steps from downtown Saugatuck. There is on-site private parking for 2 vehicles. You will walk up 2 flights of steps that lead to a private serene covered deck and entrance. The deck has a comfy sitting area and a large table for dining and/or games and hanging out. It was thoughtfully designed by the owner/Super Host for those guests who are coming to our area to enjoy all that Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer. This space is bright and inviting with high quality linens, cozy beds and stylish furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms with King size beds, quality mattresses, linens and towels and black-out shades for a restful night of sleep. There are two bath areas with a sink and toilet that share a private walk-in shower. It comes with a kitchenette with a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cocktail and coffee bar areas. Leave the cooking to the first-rate chefs in town and enjoy a craft cocktail at one of the many bars or tasting rooms. Take a hike to the top of Mt. Baldy to enjoy a panoramic view of the city, spend the day at beach along the sandy shoreline of Lake Michigan or take a stroll in town and visit one of the many vibrant art galleries or shops. Whether you want to come and relax or hit the town, this space will give you everything you need and more! Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the deck or having evening cocktails watching the sunset with a breeze coming off the water. It is a perfect getaway for a single couple, 2 couples or a small group of friends or family.

This place is the nicest and cleanest place I’ve ever rented from Vrbo. It’s decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. Tracy is an amazing host and answered any questions I had within just a few minutes of sending her a text.I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful space in a perfect location

Tucked into downtown Saugatuck at the end of a quiet street, this pristine apartment boasts everything you might need for a perfect stay. The private deck and entrance is two flights of stairs through a beautiful terraced meadow landscape. Pollinators feast amongst the gorgeous blooms. The apartment is decorated thoughtfully in hues of yellow and gray, velvety soft pillows and blankets throughout. A great selection of morning beverages are provided and the host is attentive and welcoming, giving personalized recommendations.

Great location

The condo was really nice. Well decorated and lots of little details to make us feel welcome. The layout worked great for 2 couples, with plenty of privacy. Tracy was responsive and helpful, providing us with lots of good information about things to do in the area. The steps to the unit were a little challenging with luggage, but once you got up there, it was totally worth it. The patio was great for evening cocktails and playing cards. We loved it!

Likely the nicest VRBO experience you will ever have. Location: Awesome. Accommodations: Outstanding Place itself: 10 out of 10 Communication: Perfect This host has thought of it all. From local coffee to brew, to the bottle of Wine on ice when we arrived. A perfect weekend getaway in a really cool town, within walking distance to every place you would want to go. Perfect "Pause" Staycation

My husband and I try to visit Saugatuck yearly to celebrate our anniversary, but this year we desperately needed a mental pause vs a chaotic vacation. This house was exactly what we hoped for! First off, this was the CLEANEST place we have EVER stayed at! It was immaculate, and sticked with all sorts of amazing extras; coffee, complimentary wine, cookies, chocolate, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, fans, etc. Tracey truly has the house staged for anything you might need or have forgotten. We went to the beach on our second day, and Tracy provided us with beach swag; chairs, umbrella, towels, and a beach bag. Thanks to the pantry jabing baggies, we packed our own beach picnic amd had the most relaxing time. The balcony had the perfect breeze and ample seating, and we spent the majority of our days and nighta out there. We unplugged from our electronics for the weekend, and instead we read, played games (provided by Tracey), people watched, caught up on life, napped, and even ate our meals out on the awesome picnic. We will definitely be using Tracey again, and highly recommend this listing for a truly amazing place to stay.
