Welcome to our slice of paradise and tranquility at its finest that we love sharing with others! This listing is beautifully appointed, thoughtfully furnished with all of your needs in mind, and just waiting for you to take advantage of all it has to offer! We take personal pride in our property and have given great consideration to all that is important to us when we have travelled to other VRBO's. As a result, it is always: clean and ready for your arrival, updated, fully furnished, and we are ALWAYS available to attend to your needs much faster than if you booked through a rental agency! (Just check out our reviews so far as we were new in 2023!) We pay attention to detail!

The pontoon boat you see in the pictures is our own personal boat and while it is not "officially" part of the rental, quite often last year (our first season) we took guests out for sunset cruises, weather & schedules permitting. We have also taken a few out so they could fish further out in the bay. We will coordinate this with you during your stay. Max # of guests per ride is no more than 10.

The pictures you see are updated and an actual and true representation of what you will see and get when you arrive. No photo touch ups either!

The Suite at Our Sand Castle boasts a glorious waterfront location on the Bay at Sandbridge Beach with dreamy views and soft breezes that can only be imagined! It is truly one of the best locations on the Bay! Great Blue Herons can be seen on our dock and bulkhead - just check out the pictures of our majestic visitor! And it is a very quick and easy walk to the oceanfront/beach. You get the best of everything with a brand new 48' inground pool overlooking the bay, a boat dock, boat launch (for your boat - limited size, or your jet skis), we provide 2 tandem kayaks & you can locally rent paddleboards, as well as bicycles! Many guests have also enjoyed fishing off of our dock AND, you can also swim right in the bay if you wish! Full waterfront views from the entire first floor (both bedrooms and the main kitchen/living area) as well as your own private covered patio deck for outdoor dining and relaxing! Your own outdoor gas grill is provided for your use.

The kitchen is fully furnished & features a range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and multiple small appliances, as well as a large walk-in pantry/storage area. We also include dishes & glasses for outdoor dining. A high chair with a convertible booster seat is also available upon request.

The private suite has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with additional sleeping options between 2 other sofa sleepers. Full sleeping capacity is 12 if you make use of all spaces. A rolling twin cot is also available upon request.

One bedroom features a king bed and double queen bunk beds with a flat screen 42” TV. The other bedroom has a king bed and a full size sofa sleeper as well as a 42” TV.
There is a smaller secondary TV area that has a queen sofa sleeper with a brand new memory foam mattress.

We update our calendar in real-time and our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click ‘Request to Book'

The Suite has its own entrance and parking from the main part of the house where the owners (2 adults only) reside on the 2nd & 3rd floors. That means that the two-bedroom suite is part of a house where the owners reside but a separate and private area with separate entrance and parking.

Important things to know about this rental:

This property is not child-proof. Parents are responsible for their children. Children are not allowed to swim unsupervised and there is no diving in the pool as it is not deep enough.

No pets and no smoking or vaping at all anywhere on the property

This is a family-friendly property, not a party one

Minimum 4 Night stay booking

You must provide/bring life vests & all other water safety equipment needs. All participation in water activities, whether it be in the pool, the bay, or the ocean, is at your own risk.

Bring your own pool/beach towels as they are not provided.

Do NOT bring bath towels to the beach, pool, on a boat or to use after swimming in the bay.

Our home is not equipped to accommodate the charging of electric cars, nor do we allow it so please plan accordingly. Additional charges will be assessed if guests choose to disregard this.

We provide a Keurig & a Traditional Drip Coffee Maker.

Maximum Occupancy is 12 people. No additional guests permitted.

Owners (2 adults only) reside on the 2nd & 3rd floors so we can quickly respond to your needs or concerns.
