For families and lovers, for groups of friends or budget travelers there are in our first location spacious rooms, which are also comfortably furnished and have their own sink. The room has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The apartments are not cleaned daily, but only after departure!On arrival, fresh towels are ready and the beds are already made with linen. A travel cot can be provided if required. Please specify this when booking. The single showers (lockable) and toilets for common use with a few other guests, are located in the hallway. A free Wi-Fi can be used by our guests!

Welcome to the Appartementhaus Sellin!   Our villa was built in 1902 in the most beautiful resort architecture and welcomes you in a prime location. It is - built in Art Nouveau, one of the most beautiful houses in Sellin's main promenade, the Wilhelmstraße, which feeds directly to the sandy, kilometer-long beach on the famous Sellin pier. Here you can enjoy the charm of the golden twenties in your Rügen holiday. To the beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea is only about 300 m. The seaside resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. In the vicinity there are numerous cycling and hiking trails.   The village center of the seaside resort can be reached in about 100 m and the small train station for the "racing Roland" after about 800 meters away. In the center of various shops, shops, many restaurants invite you to linger.   All apartments (max 1 to 4 guests) have internet access and are individually and comfortably furnished with a heart. The single and double rooms in the front building of this historic villa partly have a balcony with a wonderful view of the Wilhelmstraße. The other apartments are quiet in the annex to the rear.
