Inside Inlet Reef 215:
Welcome to Inlet Reef 215, a beautifully upgraded two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of a coveted complex on Holiday Isle in Destin. This unit boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf, Destin Pass, and the sugar-white beaches, perfectly enjoyed from the spacious private balcony with dining furniture and a wet bar.

This condo sleeps up to seven guests with two king beds, a full murphy bed in the laundry / sitting room, and a full sleeper sofa in the living area. The upscale kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and stylish cabinetry. The main bedroom offers an additional private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is adjacent to a second bathroom with a granite vanity and shower/tub combo. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer tucked in the hallway.

This is a nice older property. Very appropriate for us to NOT be in a hotel situation, with a 2 year old. The people at the property management WERE AWESOME and got us in a couple of hours early, which really helped, to say the least. We would rent this unit again for sure!

A beautiful DESTINation

The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and it was closer to the amazing beach than it appeared in the pictures. As seniors, we also appreciated the fact that the condo utilized cable/satellite services rather than relying on streaming services which we are not familiar with. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it to others. This was also our first time in the Destin area and the beaches and water clarity were the best we have ever seen.

Relaxing getaway!

Firstly, I’d like to thank the property owners for a wonderful week. The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony served as a great setting for evening dinners with an ocean breeze. It’s a very short distance from the front door to the sand. I was informed towards the end of the week that the condo was available for an additional night, and quickly took them up on the offer. The location was great and offered a short drive to many restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Water Issues

When we arrived the water kept shutting off. We had to call a few times through the week to tell them to turn it on. For a day we didn't have air conditioning. It was noted that someone was coming out that day, but they didn't come till the next day. Then on the last day out water heater went caput. We did not get to shower before we left for our 12 hour drive home, except me, I struggled through taking a cold shower :/. I will not stay here again, but the owner was nice and refunded us some. One or two days would have been a more reasonable refund. It had a great view and was a beautiful condo. Without the issues I'm sure it will be a great vacation still. We love staying on Holiday Isle and the owners price was competitive. Of all the times we've stayed in a condo we have never had an issue, so this was just a bummer.
